AHA 2023: lepodisiran, an extended-duration siRNA against Lp(a) (Steven Nissen with CardioNerds)

Steven Nissen is interviewed by CardioNerds fellow Maryam Barkhordarian on the first-in-human study of lepodisiran (Lilly's LY3819469): after the 608 mg dose, serum Lp(a) fell below the lower limit of quantitation from day 29 to day 281 and stayed below baseline for 48 weeks, with only low-grade injection-site reactions.
